Return Policy
1. Subscription Cancellation
Clients can cancel their cloud service subscription at any time. However, refunds are not issued for partially used billing periods unless required by law.
Subscription plans will remain active until the end of the billing cycle unless explicitly terminated.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered in the case of technical failures on our end that result in prolonged service disruptions (exceeding 48 hours continuously) and directly impact client operations.
Refunds are not provided for service interruptions caused by user error, misuse, or external factors beyond our control (e.g., internet outages).
3. Pro-Rated Refunds
If a refund is issued due to a service disruption, it will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the duration of the downtime.
4. Data Responsibility Upon Cancellation
Upon cancellation of cloud services, clients are responsible for exporting and backing up their data before the subscription ends. We do not guarantee data retrieval after account deactivation.
5. Trial Periods
Some cloud services may include a trial period. Refunds are not applicable for trial accounts unless explicitly stated.
